------USCIS-- married since March 28, 2005 - I130 filed: july 27, 2007

NOA #1: Aug 6, 2007 NOA #2: Oct. 29, 2009 - APPROVED

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

can anyone of my family from here show me how that DS-3032, I-864 looks like? and what are the things that needs with it??? i know i still have to do 1 important thing above all... my corrections to my stepson's error... and to call NVC to give them my email address.

has anyone here petitioned a husband and a stepson? just wondering what are the add'l docs that we need....

Already paid the 70$ last week of March, so ill be expecting that email this week or maybe next.

Better start working on that I-864 then..and good luck! :D

Hi Raymon, got an email today to pay the IV bill ($400) and then the dreaded I-864 will be processed, though dont know if they'll do it online or hard copy version.

130 Track:

Apr. 4. 2007: I-130 Sent/Submitted

Apr. 13. 2007: I-130 NOA1

Aug. 11. 2009: I-130 Approved

NVC Track:

Sep 16 2009: NVC Case # assigned

Mar 28 2010: DS3032 received via mail.

Mar 30 2010: DS3032 Entered into NVC sys

Apr 4 2010: AOS fee bill generated

Apr 5 2010: AOS paid online

Apr 6 2010: IV fee bill generated

Apr 13 2010: IV fee bill paid.

May 24 2010: I-864 sent

You damn skippy I sure will... I got the fee for the ds 230 today i'm still filing out the I-864 this is all so confusing...

Do you guys think it will matter if I didn't file for my 09 taxes yet i mean I am going to next week but I still want to send out the I-864 Now...

Are you done with your I-864? Already paid the $70, reciept, cover sheet printed as well; And a

link was provided for the affidavit of support processnig instruction. My question is do we go ahead and download the

form and send that to NVC with the cover sheet they provided or do we have to wait for further

instruction. :unsure:

Lebanese Girl, i suggest you file the '09 taxes to avoid issues with the I-864 filing.

Question, a link was provided for the Affidavit of support processing instruction once the 70$ was noted paid online.

Do we just go ahead and download the form and then send that to NVC with the cover sheet we printed?

wats the cover sheet?

Its right on top that says "Go to the Affidavit of Support Processing Instructions"

you will see a tab for "PRINT DOCUMENT COVER SHEET". You need to print and used that

as a cover sheet when sending the docs back to NVC.

I got nothing that says that, and the last one i got yesterday was for the IV Fee Bill.
