i havent seen you here for a lone time.. and was thinking maybe you are just contemplating since your wife's interview is just in 2 days...i am just so excited for you... everything is paying off now...

------USCIS-- married since March 28, 2005 - I130 filed: july 27, 2007

NOA #1: Aug 6, 2007 NOA #2: Oct. 29, 2009 - APPROVED

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

Just wanted to update you guys that I also got an email from NVC with DS-3032 and AOS processing bill. It was a pleasant surprise, wasn't expecting it to come that soon. (PD April 2007, Case approved Sept 2009).

Mitch, Just like Raymon said, I am pretty sure, we'll hear about you telling us that you've got the AOS bill email pretty soon.

Raymon, are you doing the email version to send DS3032 back. I guess I'll be doing both.

Also need to find out when should one pay the AOS bill, should it be after NVC receives DS3032 ? I think many people have already asked this question and I can search it on VJ, but am just lazy today, so will await anyone's response/input.

hi twulf, im still waiting patiently... and praying so hard to finish the whole process.. cant wait to see my husband coming out from the arrival area of LAX... that would be the day....my case was being approved by USCIS oct2009 so im thinking i have 2 more months till the next gift from NVC.

you seem to always lift my spirit... feeling ko lang kasi napag-iiwanan ako.. everyone here is either case complete, or waiting for their interview, trying to finish their cases at NVC, or just got approved by USCIS. but thanks to you....for the lift ups...since we are paddling almost in the same boat so at least i can follow up and get some ideas from your timeline.

we should have a get-together after all the typhonic(is there such term?) immigration process... but you are already almost to enjoy the rainbow after a heavy rain SAM... im just sooo happy for you... and thank you for all your support, for patiently answering all our questions. we all deserve to live life to the fullest with our family at the same roof.

I30 sent 01/2010 (can't remember the exact date)

NOA1 January 29,2010

NOA2 February 26,2010 ( yes it was that fast, still Thanking God for that)

Transferred to NVC

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

Mitch, konting tiis nalang..im sure you will start receiving stuff by late April or mid-May.

had the same feeling before when i start reading this thread, but somehome...someday ill get over this immigration thing.

hi mitch and all other sweet members, i need to know some questions in my mind regarding my I-130 petition for spouse on LPR..... MY PETITION IS APPROVED ON MARCH 11 2010,

AND AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY LETTER FROM NVC, I AM TOO MUCH WORRIED ABOUT IT, WHEN NVC WILL GENERATE CASE NUMBER FOR MY PETITION... PLEASE HELP ME OUT, I SHALL BE VERY THANKFUL TO ALL YOU GUYS....WISH YOU ALL UNCOUNTABLE HAPPINESS AND JOY .............
