I went to Toronto Police headquarters downtown and it took about 2 weeks for me to receive it.

you can go Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill, there is a York Region Police outpost there . It cost 40 bucks and done in 10 min.

Got I-130 approved and am eagerly moving on to the next steps.

I love the idea of the RCMP office and 15 minutes, thing is, is they're all in the 905 area of Toronto, I am downtown AND don't drive (yet) so...

it's not an easy chore to accomplish.

If anyone knows of a secret RCMP precinct downtown, lemme know!

why the rush for a certificate? unless your procrastinating there is plenty of time to get that police check between when you get your notice and your appointment

but I like to be prepared and as soon as NVC says send your stuff in, I'd like to send it. That's just how I roll...
