From what I am reading it's not the OP's problem anymore if she said she wasn't really a student when she came on her J-1. These visas aren't granted simply by the petitioner's claims, meaning that she had documentation that showed she was coming to the US to study. The OP cannot use that to try and deport her as he's not the one who petitioned for her to come, and as it appears she wasn't violating any immigration laws.

So yeah, it's irrelevant and sounds like the OP is just being vindictive.

Please try to let it go, it will be better for your health and will help you heal better, back when she was with you and both of you being happy, I doubt you felt her visa or the fact you got to share some times together, if it wasn't an issued then, so i shouldn't be one now, give the girl a break, You might feel a HIGH from keeping talking bad about your EX WIFE, she's your EX now as IN THE PAST.

Everybody knows what she did to you WAS WRONG, but only God can judge her for her actions and I do beleive in Karma what goes around, comes around, one day she will pay for it. You have done what you can on your side by reporting her, so she may not be able to do it to another person, with that said, try to move on with your life and FORGET ABOUT HER.

But instead of sympathy people will look at you at an angry, vindictive person, Is that the image you want to portray of yourself, IF you have kids is that the attitude you would like to teach them.

Please, Please and Please again get a Counselor if you are unable to deal with this pain by yourself, talk to a dear friend, someone who really cares about you, who's not going to say yes yes yes, just so you can feel nice.

Naw, she was over here on a legal Student Visa, and met this guy and the day of her leaving, he convinced her to stay. He concocted a scheme to AOS her, and then after living with him for a few months, she realized she made a big mistake. She then fell in with some local ill-reputes but knew nobody else. Then they became divorced and he is trying to blame her for everything and also blame her for Immigration Fraud. It is clearly not the case, she entered the marriage with good intentions and now just wants to adjust her status, and is just an example of the local guy falling for a hot foreign chick who later came to know the real person he is and now he is vindictive. He feels so taken that he has made this mission of his life to slander her and attempt to thwart her at her attempt at AOS.

He ought to just let her go and stick to his life; his continued postings only, to me, just show his own character and his view of women.

Both are to blame and both are paying the consequences.
