We only sent 2 Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of our marital relationship and xoom receipts since thats the only thing we have. We just got married so we didn't have any joint account or properties that time when we applied for I130.

I sent in:

> our marriage certificate + translations,

>copies of the receipts for the wedding rings, wedding, reception, and honeymoon

>A few asst. pictures from the wedding, reception, and honeymoon

>A few asst. pictures from various trips we took together showing us in different locations together

>A few asst. pictures showing her with my parents and or brother

I just laid the pictures on the printer and printed one page with three photos on it and then wrote descriptions beside them as to when/where/and

who

>A copy from one bank showing that she was added as my benificiary (they needed a ss# to add her to the account)

>A copy from another bank that let me add her to my acct without a ss#

We sent in...

- photocopies of boarding passes showing (I think) 4 different trips to visit each other.

- a notarized affidavit from my mother-in-law.

- approximately 20 pictures. I printed them out on regular letter-sized paper, with 2-3 pictures per page, and then I wrote the approximate dates and locations. Some were from a visit last summer, others were from the fall, others were from the winter, and others were from the wedding. Most of the pictures were of just my husband and I, but a few of the wedding pictures had family members in them as well.

- a paper from my husband's bank showing my name on his accounts.

I think that's all we submitted, and we were approved very quickly. We sent out the I-130 less than a week after the wedding, so we didn't really have any evidence of a 'bonafide marriage', just of a bonafide relationship... well, and proof that we did have a wedding a few days before we sent off the paperwork.

i sent plane ticket stub photocopies of when i went to the US and when hubby visited Australia.

i also sent about 6 photos of us together and one of our wedding day and our rings.

i sent a letter from his parents as an AOS.

i lastly sent in a letter from the bank of our joint bank account in Australia where he stayed with me for 5 months. i still use this as a daily bank account and he uses it if he needs money from it.

my package was precise and neat and quite small. i didn't feel the need to send in heaps of info as i am confident in our union and our information given.

i got a NOA1 within a week of the I-130 being sent in. yaaay!

good luck all xox

Hey there...

We sent in airline boarding passes from about 4 or 5 trips.

Photos of our wedding and such maybe about 8, I think...

Bank info showing me as the co-person on his US account

Wedding Certificate of course

And I believe that's about it. I was actually worried for a bit but then I kept reading that having seen each other in the past 2 years, along with a marriage cert. is the best way to go.

Pictures of course too.

Good luck...
