I see some with bio date of 11/20 and 11/13 etc

I did my bio in October so this makes no sense to me.

So I got my card...the picture quality SUCKS. How is it that they have gone backwards in image quality since I got my first card in 2007?

At least it came now youz off to the DMV, did the change your gender like they did my hubby :lol:

PS we got the DL last week NP even though it says he is a female :lol:

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

I will probably go next Saturday, even though Saturday is probably the busiest day. Great thing? The DMV is down the street :D

I actually found that my picture this time around was much better than the last card. My first card the picture was faded out, I looked pale and emaciated...and if you knew what I really looked like, you'd think someone stood in for me at my biometrics :lol:

Picture this time looks not bad, and wish I could have used it for my licence! At least you can smile on the GC...not smiling allowed in VA now. Boooooo

It was the same for me - my two year card was so pale and faded it looked like I was a ghost. My 10 year card was actually really, really nice - and of course I didn't get to keep that one. Sure wish I could have used that photograph for my Citizenship document - but of course that one isn't the greatest either, even though I provided it, hehehe!

Did someone say (Sprailenes I think?) that their kid didn't have the same biometrics appt date as their own? My daughter's is 1 day after mine and I'll be damned if I have to drive down there in morning rush hour traffic 2 days in a row for 9 am. What a bunch of numb nuts.

I should be able to take her along for my appt and get her taken care of, right?

You're heading to Alexandria right? When I went, (although it was at 1pm) they weren't that busy, plus, they weren't as stringent as the first time I went for the 2yr card where they had the security guard check your paperwork to make sure you were there for THAT day.

You shouldn't have an issue just bringing your daughter with you. No security guard, and pretty laid back :thumbs:
