Finally...no more stress over that, and can finally put all my stress into finding a good job

I just received my "Notice of requirement to file joint petition to remove the conditional basis of an Alien's permanent resident Status"

I will be filing in January due to financial reasons (X-mas is never a good time lol) ... my green card expires 02/21/09.

I found it interesting that they sent a letter out ... I didn't think that they informed you .. hmmmm.

Yes, it's fairly recent. I imagine they were dealing with a whole pile of applicants who had completely forgotten this stage of the process and are being proactive about it. Well..... that's what I imagine. Who knows what the real story is. lol
