4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

G.R.E.A.T. Forgot to report this: yesterday I went to get our mail... and the USPS people ALREADY put the "vacant" notice in our mailbox :rolleyes: .... as in it seems they are forwarding to the new place already. Azzzzz..... :protest: --- now i will not see a piece of mail until at least next Monday when i go in to sign the lease. Not pleased.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

So I have been reading the June filers and notice that Biometric is usually about a month after NOA date. However can not really figure out how long it takes to get said letter. So we beez checking the mail box daily.

I had a REAL big problem during AOS as I went into the USCIS site at least 30 times a day ( talk about OCD ) hopefully I can restrain myself this time around. And Yeah remember I'm the USC :rofl:

It will tell you that in the NOA...even though I continued to try until I received the Bio letter :P
