After the interview the consulate told me that my papers are ok except one which my fiance financial support which he did not meet this year the poverty level bec after he laid off last year he decided to enrolled and taking criminal justice (he is student till now) and hopefully will graduate by next year. So my fiance decided to have co-sponsor but the consulate told me that they not accept a co-sponsor. The consulate told me that my petitioner must be apply a job and meet the amount of $18,310/year of three household member. I saw her that she attached a white slip. And she told me to wait what i am goona do next. So from window 37 the lady gave it back to me my passport with blue form and white slip :crying: its says:

Dear Immigrant Visa Applicant: We are unable to complete the processing of your immigrant visa applicationunder section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended, until the present the following documents?:

*Affidavit of Support from petitioner- evidence of current sustained income to support three household member =$18,310

*From Applicant = i going to give it back my passport again with the additional documents

An i will submit those required documents at window 17-20 any Monday to Thursday or we send thru mail with the white slip.

So my fiance been hurried applying a job and we thank God he found a good job and he will start tomorrow. And hopefully he will issuing a certificate of employment from his boss even he just start to work...It is that ok and they will accept it that he just start a job bec now is month of june and he did not worked for a half year bec he is full time student... I am going to submit by first week of July more documents need by the consulate and if those documents are valid how long i need to wait again before they issue me a visa ??? It is possible that they deny my applicatio??? :bonk: Please reply me back....I can do all things thru Christ who strengthen me....so help me God......

hello there..u dont have to worry cause ur petition is already approved but then since they gave u blue and white papers and gave back ur passport that measn u have to provide them the financial support indicating that ur fiance meet the poverty level and since u said that he already found a new job, just indicate on the I134 that he already met the poverty level they are looking for..if u already have this just go back at the embassy and bring those blue n white form(fill it up)and also ur passport and the financial support that they are looking for(u can only submit that additional requirement around 1pm-2pm)then they will release ur visa.

I do not think it matters that he uses his money for enrollment to school. All that matters is that he collects unemployment and claims it as income earned. Good Luck

The guidelines for the I-134 are 100% of the poverty line. For the I-864 it is 125%. Many of the consulates use the 125% standard for the I-134 as well. It appears that Manila does not.

So i am guessing HCM uses only 125% for I-134.

Yes, and typically does not accept co-sponsors for the K visas.

In my opinion you should wait for one or two pay periods so that you can submit pay stubs along with the employer letter. That would be better evidence of his new income.
