I was thinking about you all night Eveline and I am glad that everything is okay. Now you know your body's limit in terms of taking walks so please take care of yourself hon.

Personally, I think guys are such big babies when it comes to illness... lol...I don't think they have the right to complain about anything until they start getting periods and can get pregnant.

Haha exactly Nizzy...I don't wanna see my husband curling up on the couch holding his breath everytime his belly cramps up again, he'd be on the 700 mg Aspirin (if there is such a thing) and completely knocked out.

I will take it easy from now on. My husband had a good day yesterday. He actually slept all night through and is not freezing and shivering that bad anymore. I'm concerned that the doctors can't figure out what the heck is wrong with him and I'll end up with a newborn AND a husband who need to be taken care of. We'll see how it developes until February.

I signed up for the WIC Program today. I didn't know that you are eligible for it as soon as you get pregnant. We would have saved a lot of money then. Well, anyway, I'm glad I did it and in case I can't nurse they'll provide forumla etc. Just don't know what to do with the beans we get for free. I guess I have to find some recipes for bean soup, stew etc.

Glad your feeling better Eveline, I was worried for you when I was catching up on what was happening with everyone!! Hope they figure out whats wrong with ya hubby...

I had my second appointment yesterday and I met my doctor for the first time. She seemed really nice! I heard 'its' little heartbeating super fast (L) and all my blood tests came back good etc so I felt relieved after that!! She says she expects me/wants me to gain around 35lbs by the end  bring out the ice cream...... :P

I was wondering.....I have to go see this lady everytime I go to the docs and she asks me lots of questions...about drugs (do i take them, have i taken them etc), alcohol, my reading level ( :o ), about my families problems (erm they don't have any ;) ) about Roshon and if he has any problems or if he's abusive etc oh and do we have electricity and money for food  ....I swear I kinda wanna giggle the whole way through it because I just say no, no, no, no, no......and she always gives me mags, free samples etc and she also referred me to WIC (which sounds like a pretty good deal!). Does everyone have to do this kind of thing or is it because I'm on Medical and I know Medical is for low income uninsured people etc hence all the questions???? It makes me mad that I have to use Medical....if i'd have been allowed to work I would have had a job, been paying taxes and for sure would have had insurance but instead I am having to receive help from the state (which I'm obviously grateful I can do)?!

Oh I have a job interview on Friday!!! I'm kinda nervous because I need/want a job SOOOOOOOO bad. Its for a trainee manager position at Hollister (clothes store, like Abercrombie). Its not the kind of job I would ideally choose but it seems quite relaxed, I know people who work there and hopefully if I get it, it wouldn't be too stressful. My greencard arrived yesterday....I look like a convict on the pic :innocent:

Long time no post EnglishSammy! I'm glad to hear all is going well. I am on Medicaid as well and yes I had all those questions asked of me at the beginning but not anymore so you won't have to deal with it. I remember snickering at some of the questions (have I ever prostituted etc). I see you have a new pic posted at the end of your sig and oh my you two are seriously a chiseled perfect couple! lol And yes I am hitting on both of you! lol Congrats on the job interview, keep us posted on how it goes!

Yeah not posted too much as nothing really has been happening, I can't wait till 'it' starts moving etc!!

Eveline - your belly button looks soooo cute!!! How weird that they pop out :star:! Everyone keeps telling us our baby is gonna be really cute...and its making us really paranoid that 'its' not going to be  I have visions of people peering into the stroller and screaming in horror :o (well thats a little dramatic but you know what i mean!)!! To make things worse Roshon keeps saying things like what if we have a girl and she's built like me.....he's 250lbs with the hugest bow legs you've ever seen!!!! I guess we'll think its beautiful no matter what (L)

EnglishSammy: Awww man I thought I stood somewhat of a chance! lol I just think you two are so perfect together and that was my weird freakish way of saying it...lol..

Eveline: Wow you've got what I call a celebrity belly...no stretchmarks in sight! I'm starting to notice more and more red stretch marks and I hope they have somewhat of a chance of going away...My belly button sticks out as well and I can sometimes see it through my layers of clothing and it makes me smile. I have a fellow classmate who is having a scheduled c-section next week. She's having a boy and I can't wait to see pics!

Amanda. Maybe it'll get a little too tight for baby and he/she comes out by her/himself after all. I've heard a few stories where moms were about to get induced and like a day or so before that, they started laboring. All the best to you and keep us updated.

Sam & Nizzy, thank you very much. I love my belly and I can't stop touching and rubbing it. I started counting kicks yesterday (although I've read you are supposed to start around week 28) and my baby did good (20 minutes) and right when I put the paper away he started dancing and I felt like one loooong kick or kind of a squirming motion for - I guess - 15 seconds or so. That felt weird but my husband had a blast cheering his little man on,
