Holy ####### Marilyn, my stomach flipped when I read your post, our dates were pretty close together......seems so early. How many weeks along were you? I hope with all my heart Noah comes along in leaps and bounds. Will be praying for him and for Mom and Dad too!

05/26/05: Sent I-485/I-130 & I-765 to Chicago lockbox.

05/27/05: Paperwork received by Douglas!

06/17/05: Check hit bank account.

06/20/05: All 3 NOA's rec'vd! TG!

08/02/05: Biometrics , New Orleans. Pretty uneventful.

08/09/05: EAD Approved!

07/12/06: ......still.........waiting.........

09/26/06: Case Status says interview has been canceled............What interview????

10/23/06: Interview finally scheduled for 12/14/06.

12/14/06: AOS approval pending renewal of Biometrics....Waiting on appt. for ASC!

Will this ever end????

01/17/07: Biometrics scheduled.

02/03/07: Everything complete at our end! Apparently my case file is under somebodys wobbly table leg.

02/27/07: Approval notice finally received by e-mail.....only 641 days!! 1 yr 9 mths!

So glad to hear Noah is doing ok (L)

Well today I qualified for Medi-cal (which covers everything), so don't have to worry too much and no having to fly back to England for me!! I've got my first doc appointment on Thursday at a really nice doctors (recommended by a nurse friend of ours, and my friend goes there to), so hopefully I should find out properly how far along I am etc, i'm nervous though as I keep having cramps :unsure:

Keep us updated marrilyn, we are all praying for you.

Englishsammy: Cramps are totally normal in the beginning. You should sign up at what to expect when you are expecting website once you know how far along you are. They will send you weekly newsletters on what your body should be going through as each week goes by. I know every little symptom would drive me crazy until I would read the newsletter and feel much better. You can also post your concerns here and we will be more then welcome to assure you that all is well. I had cramping too but that is just the egg burrowing itself into the uterine wall, from what I can remember reading. So don't worry too much and let us know how your appointment goes!

Thanks Nizzy!! I also kinda think its gas to :blush: yeah i keep reading those websites...but not sure how far I am etc so when i find out it'll be better, oh and then I can get a ticker :lol: !! I'll write again after my appointment :yes:

I was about 23 weeks...

Noah had a rough night last night and the doctor was sure he wouldn't make it through the night :( .. but he pulled through...... he was doing a lot better today...

My hubby is going to take about 3 weeks off of work....

the pic looks blue because they have this light shining on him for "Phototherapy" (the medical term used for treating disorders of the skin such as jaundice by using ultraviolet and infrared radiation.)

I can't even begin to imagine how difficult this must be for you and your husband.....Still praying! Poor wee thing looks so fragile. It's amazing what they can do though. You are lucky to have him in such great care.

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!
