YES! Finally My baby boy was born at 12:59PM on 27 Sept of this year! 1 year and a day to the anniversary of my wife's arrival in the USA. Wife went all natural, a real Champion, I so proud of her, started pushing at 12 and the baby was out in just under an hour! Both are doing great and health. Art Jr. weighs 1/10th of a ounce shy of 8 pounds and he is 19 inches long. Well two days old now still can't believe it! Love him and his mom so much! Congrats to those that have given birth before on this thread and best wishes for those still expecting! Take care!

Awesome, man! Congratulations.

I just noticed all my bad spelling! Yeah I wanted a girl too because the girl clothes are so darn cute but I am happy that it is healthy and love it all the same. Let us know when you find out!

will do....

do you have a name picked out already? Hubby and I kind of agreed on names but now he is slowly backing out of the boy's name we picked :P

I was thinking of Noah William for a boy (after my Grandpa Willie who passed away earlier this year and my dad, William)

and Kaitlyn Mary or Marie for a girl (Mary is my mother-in-law's name) I wanted Maria but it rhymes with our last name :P....

Noah and Marie are beautiful names...we have picked out a Farsi name due to our background. I don't want to tell anyone that we know because I want it to be announced when he is born but I am fine with telling you guys...just don't go and steal it...kidding...I love the name Iman, it means Faith. Hubby picked out another name originally but when I told him this one he refuses to contemplate any other. It is really hard picking out farsi names that no one else has and this is very original (in our immediate and distant families) as far as we know.

Hmmm...I like Irij...but I really want a name that can be pronounced and not butchered, like his momma's usually is.

Another one would be "Rustam" (I suggested this to a Tamil friend, especially as everyone who knew him locally--DC area--could easily pronounce it).

I am wearing my first pair of maternity pants today... you know the ones with the funky panel in the front :P...

I bought them at a secondhand store.... the tag said $5 but when I got up to the cashier she said my total was $1.37... I guess that colour tag was 75% off that day  .... They look almost brand new....

I showed the pants to my hubby and at first he thought the panel thing was for my butt... he had never seen a pair of maternity pants before
