I absolutely love to shop for baby's clothes!!! My favorite clothes so far are the ones made by Koala baby, I only found it at BabiesRUS so far though (not online unfortunately). Every time me and hubby go out we have to really try and contain ourselves..we always want to buy everything! :P But we try not to, babies outgrow clothes so fast...

Those links are very nice, btw you can shop online also at Target, Gap, Macy's, Amazon etc.

Today we are scheduled to go and have a tour of the facility where I am going to deliver, it is 1 1/2 hour long and they highly recommended to take it. We also finished our birth classes last sunday. And I have contractions each and every day now, sometimes a little painful too...the other day I had them 25 minutes apart for over 6 hours... :hehe: at some point I really thought it might have been the beginning of labour, then again they were not hurting at all and eventually they stopped so that was nothing. This is my first baby so I don't know exactly what to expect...probably better that way :P

Anyways at the last appointment they talked to me about the option of inducing me at 39 weeks if the baby isn't naturally born yet. The only reason is that I have a history of a blood disorder that involves low platelets, completely resolved and in remission now, but since this condition can be one of the (rare) pregnancy complications and so weird that no one really knows much about it, they told me that since my platelets level has been so high and good for so long, they would rather induce me and not tempt faith. They don't expect it, but they are still worried a flare might occur at the very end right before delivery...the induced labour would be some sort of extra precaution, they said I don't have to be induced if I don't want to, we are going to discuss this at the next appointment on the 16th after another CBC. I am very confused about it though...I started reading about induced labour (yeah I am one of those people who should not have books or the internet at times) and I must admit I don't like the idea too much. :(

Has anyone here been induced and would like to tell me about it? Even though I know every person is different of course...

OK I'm going to have breakfast now.

Have a nice day! (F)

Another thing that I've been meaning to ask and always forget...

Does anyone know when babies can start flying? I am not planning to visit Italy right after he's born of course, but we are definately going as soon as possible, so I would like to know when it is considered ok for babies to fly overseas and all. I will also ask the pediatrician once we have one after birth, but I am still curious so if anyone knows and would like to tell me it would be appreciated. I read online but I am not sure how reliable those info are (it says they can pretty much fly around 4 weeks).

Thanks! (L)
