Again, more questions.

Form I-130

1) For #14, my wife, here on a student visa, has an I-94. We fill it out and it's fine - except for the fact that it asks for an expiration date of the I-94 or I-95. Her I-94 does NOT have an expiration date. Is this referring to her I-20 which does have an expiration date?

2) For #22 (this is probably dumb but I wanted to make sure), the city and state is for the city and state where WE reside and NOT the city and state of the service center, correct?

Form I-131

3) What does #3 for "Class of Admission" mean? Is this an F-1 because she's here on an F-1 visa?

Form I-864

4) What do we fill in on the affidavit of support form for #21? Since she is the person I'm sponsoring, I put down "1" on 21a. However, for persons NOT sponsored, what do I put down for spouse on 21c? Do I put "0" or "1"?

Thanks for the help!

1) I marked it as D/S.

2) Chicago, IL - it is where I sent my AOS package

3) I did not file an I-131 so I can't answer to that question either. But I believe it's not F-1

4) Agree with Anca

I called USCIS and they weren't too clear about it - just for me to look for a "D/S" and that there is supposed to be a date. If there's no date, put "N/A". . Her I-94 just says "D/S". I guess I just put D/S like you did then?

for others to read:

2) You put down the local office near you. Yes, I will ship it all to Chicago, IL but eventually the local office is what will be handling our specific case so I'm supposed to fill out the local office near us.

3) It is an F-1 for her -- it's what class of visa.

4) I am supposed to put 0 for "current spouse" under the NOT sponsored section.

Thanks for your help!
