Can someone double check...

I am organizing all my info for my interview at the end of July in Montreal. I have everything together from the packet checklist, but here are a few things that are eating at me, and I just want to make sure that they are ok as is for the interview (blame it on nerves).

The items that I am concerned about are

Police cert - I have my Canadian one, but...... I worked/lived in Kuwait for 3.5 months and have no police cert from there, I don't need one right, as it was under 6 months? ( i also was in IQ, but I know I don't need one from there)

No snail mail- I have copies of skype and e-mails. Is no snail mail ok?

employment letter- His commanding officer (yes he's army) scanned and e-mailed the letter, then shredded the original. Do I need to contact him for a new letter with an original signature, no printed copy?

Phone records are from my fiance, not me. ( i have a pay as you go phone, so no records) is that alright

On fiance's tax form, I put a sticky note, pointing to his combat pay, cause if they don't see it, it looks like he earned to little. Is a sticky note on a form ok??

I know some may think these are silly and just someone being nervous, but any imput to let me know if I am ok with these forms as is for my MOntreal interview would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

The police certificate from Kuwait, according to the guidelines you don't need it.

The emailed employment letter - personally I would take an original, if it's not too much hassle I would ask him to get another one.

Phone records - well you have what you have, you can explain to them that you only use a pay as you go phone, if they ask. I doubt it is that unusual for only one person to have phone records now. Also no snail mail shouldn't be a problem.

The sticky note on his pay information shouldn't be a problem at all - if they don't want something they will just hand it back to you.
