Hi to all,

I'm worried right now about the info I had forgotten to put on my work history.

I got denied for a tourist visa years ago but my problem is in my current work history right now for spousal petition i had forgotten to put the same work employment I had written before on my tourist visa.Do they check the information provided in past applications like denied tourist visa during the interveiw?

That time I use the family business as my work employment on my tourist visa application. But now I had put "None" as my current work history for that same dates. In short my tourist visa info and work history on spousal petition are not the same on a certain date. The tourist visa has "business owner/manager" while in my current work hisotry now I had put "None" for that same period. Is that something I should be worrying about?

will appreciate any feedbacks, thanks a lot.

They will know about the denial, however I'm not sure they compare the details. They can compare the details, for sure. Maybe you should be prepared to say that the current details are a mistake and have some new dates to present that will match the old dates. I honesty don't think they will compare the details, however.

i dont think they would even bother or have the time to compare your previous visa application info. however just in case they ask you about it, you can always explain things to them . you dont have to worry about it.
