K2 AOS Checklist

Hi, I am working on my son's AOS right now and I want to make sure I got everything covered. Here is my cover letter, please let me know what is missing in his packet. He is 13 y/o. My husband is unemployed and we have a co-sponsor (my brother) who is an LPR.

- Payment in the amount of $930.00

- I-485 Application To Register Permanent Residence

- I-864 Affidavit of Support

- Copy of Birth Certificate / Passport / Visa (Intending Immigrant)

- I-94, Departure Record (back to back)

- I-797 Notice of Action

- Vaccination Record

- Copy of Record of Tuberculosis Screening from Department of Health

- Marriage Certificate

- Divorce Papers

- US Passport (Petitioner)

- W2 and Income Tax Returns of 2008

CO-SPONSOR

- I-864 Affidavit of Support

- Copy of his LPR Card

- Employment Letter

- 3 yrs Tax Returns including copies of W2

- 3 months recent pay stubs

I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

- Form I-765

- Copy of passpot / Visa / I-94 (front and back)

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

- 2 passport style photos

I have a few questions here. Do I still need to submit a copy of my birth certificate, passport, visa, I-94 for his AOS application? And also for I-765, do I need to give them another copy of the divorce papers? And oh, my I-94 Departure Card is missing, I misplaced it when we moved to our new house.
