Not sure how many of you have seen his commercials, but he was always selling something new on commercials. He used hand gestures alot, and my husband and I used to always giggle at him, since he pretty much made us dizzy with all his gesturing. Still, it's sad to see another semi-famous person go, especially at such a young age. I wonder if his bad landing on that Saturday flight had anything to do with it?

Pretty sad because he was also a younger man. However, I will be KINDA glad no one is shouting at me to buy some probably terrible product now.

The Oxy Clean guy! Its always sad when someone dies so young... His pitches were often slightly annoying, but I'd take him over that Sham Wow dude any day.

Sham Wow guy was in the news a few weeks ago for beating up a prostitute... bad press but better than billy is getting now..

I'm always sad to hear when anyone dies. :( Not because of him, but I did buy some Oxi-clean about a month ago, and it's the most amazing product. Wonder if they need a new spokesperson? ;) I heard about his flight the day previously, and his hitting his head very hard...I'm sure it's not a coincidence.

When famous people die, I usually think they probably lived life to the fullest and seen a lot of amazing places and things. At least they lived a great life. They accomplished a lot and thats a good thing.

Oxyclean is amazing!

Do you ever watch pitchmen on Discovery? There's another guy who Billy Mays works with, perhaps he'll take over.

Looks like the plane incident was simply coincidence:

Pitchman extraordinaire Billy Mays died from a pulmonary embolism, according to the coroner in Tampa, Fla., who announced preliminary autopsy results at a press conference Monday. Evidence of heart disease was also found.

According to Hillsborough County Medical Examiner Vernard Adams, Mays "had an enlarged heart, a thickening of the wall of the ventricle which takes blood to the heart." Final results of the autopsy and cause of death will not be known for several weeks.

The person who's going to be giving his eulogy better scream at everyone just like he did to make amends Lol. I can't tell you how many times I've falled asleep in the past with the TV on and being scared to all ####### by one of his shows coming on at like 4 or 5am Hahaha.

My wife has been back since June 5, 2007. Now we're just livin' man, L I V I N :)
