hmm.. first one says that he was found dead at home ... and now he was on the plane... :unsure:

He had an accident on the plane the day before, injuring his head. Cerebrovascular Accident?

Question is, will Billy's production company keep running his commercials? Who will replace dear Billy? That Shamwow huckster douchebag? We better all start drinking now!

Thing I don't get is how wearing a seatbelt would have any impact on his head getting hit by things falling from above. Circumstances sound similar to the way Liam Neeson's wife died after a fall that hit her head. She was fine after the fall but died soon after due to a subdural hemorrhage. Bet the same thing killedBilly

Have you ever experienced a personal tragedy so deep? Itz devastating, and most people are not laughing when these things come down. Try tweeting his son and tell that joke. Suddenly, all the humor is gone.

Celebs are fair game for comments when they are riding high or drop dead. It's not like the guy was some great humanitarian or leader. He made money by being recognized for selling a product. I'm sure the pitchman wouldn't mind a few jokes at his expense even in death if it meant he could make some more money for his family.

It's sad that celbs are treated like war heroes or some sort of George Washington or beacon to humanity.

Here is someone who deserves respect and tribute

How depressing ! Ed McMahon,Farah Fawcett,MJ, now Billy Mays ! :crying:

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

I just saw his pix on the front page of our local paper, Monday, and I realized...that is Billy Mays :blush: and no, the head incident on the plane did not kill him.

I only knew his face not his name...oh and OXYCLEAN, which I love!

I guess he is living a bundle behind.

Well - he could of been snorting oxyclean....

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
