hi there...did u try www.multiply.com???its like ebay but u need to have an account so u can order some stuff and have it shipped..im from the province and they ship orders here..

I'm not sure if you're looking for gift and flower types of sites or not, but I just had flowers and candy sent to Tacloban from Giftsphil.com and I'm happy with them. They had a pretty large selection and seem to deliver anywhere in the Phils.
