But what about immigration? Do they show any law changes made within the last year? Is some of my advice already six years old based on experiences?

Was just looking for some of the evidence for a K-3 proving joint ownership, etc., just like on the I-751, and the N-400, six years ago, didn't need any of that, couldn't if I wanted to, banks wouldn't let me do anything because of the APA, but would after my wife received her conditional green card. And our IO never requested any of that, even though I did bring a letter from my bank saying they wouldn't let me add her to my accounts until she became a LPR. IO didn't want to see that. For the other legal stuff, your spouse has to be here, and if was, sure don't need a K-3.

With people getting married here when they are here on a visa, not exactly like buying a 69 cent extension cord that has large warning that some of the materials used in the insulation have been known to cause cancer in rats in California. You just apply for a marriage license and get married, no warnings about the USCIS.
