HAPPY SUNDAY, everyone and

WELCOME TO AMERICA, RAAD!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I had a dream about a buffet of all the food I'm missing. Chinese food,Thai food, Mexican food, turkey sandwiches. My cravings for the food I can't have here have entered my dreams. :secret: On the bright side I'm really losing weight. One pair of my pants I can't wear anymore as it slips down my hips when I walk and I have no belt here. I could walk right out of those pants.

I lost 15lbs when I was in Egypt the first time, I only stayed a month. I always thought it was from the Egyptian amoebas that attacked me, though. Then I got to thinking that the food that I ate there was a lot less processed and better for me than the food i eat here, and I also had a tendency to not eat in front of the tv or at the computer, like I do here at home, so I was more conscious of when i was full. And since it was such a chore to fix a snack, I snacked less. Too bad on my frame a 15lb loss is unnoticable :P
