Hello,

I'm just curious if anybody filed late January 2009 but didn't get approved yet?

I saw few people filed late january and begining of february 2009 and got their approval already.

I know how you feel, we both have NOA in Febuary 2009. I almost a week behind you at VSC. A lot of folks who applied after me or got NOA after me

got approval already. I do hope we will hear some good news in couple of week as it's not been 5 months yet. I think VSC is jumping around

like another VJ memeber told me. So let's see.

I called today 1-800 , And they said i have to wait 6 months then call them back.

I am almost in the same situation, a lot of Feb 2009 cases were approved who applied after me. I even saw 2 cases of March '09 being approved by VSC. Don't know what's going on. I did call the mis-information line (1-800 number) and they said the same thing which online status stays, case received is processing.

If your case falls outside six months, meaning 6 months of Received Date then contact your senator and talk to their immigration expert to do an inquiry into your case.

Anybody filed in January and February and didn't received his approval come to join us.

I got an e-mail notification today about card production. I think most of the February and January cases will receive similar e-mails within the next one week. If anyone knows how to add the info on the VSC list, please feel free to do so. I know the information on that thread is very helpful and allows folks to make reasonable estiamtes about time frame etc etc..
