I have just got back from my infopass appointment to see what was going on with my EAD, well to cut a long story short USCIS are a bunch of incompetent dimlows.

I sent off for my EAD way back in March with a NOA1 date of 4th April I then had my biometrics done on the 17th April. So I sit here waiting patiently (yeah right) for the card to arrive and when it dont I make the said infopass date, the thing is when I get there and the woman looks on her screen she said to me "Oh they approved you back on the 20th April, but they have failed to issue the approval and card" she said that she cant explain it and that it has never happened to her before, but it seems like someone in the issuing and approval dept has did their job then failed to complete #######, she did however suggest that I drive to Buffalo and get an interm (although when I asked for gas money she kinda looked confused).

So here I sit once again waiting for a call from them (wonder how long that should take do you think I should settle in for the night and try to arrange for someone else to collect my son from JFK at the end of August )

So at the end of the day IT SUCKS TO BE ME
