Alcohol improves my reactions, so I usually drink *before* I drive - not while driving, because that would be dangerous!

B: Lotsa times, I've held wheel with one hand, or rested my elbow on the windowsill. Occasionally, I've had water (or coffee) or snacks in the car.

oh btw I drive with one hand, talk on the phone, keep a hang on the stick shift (I do all those at the same time a lot). if I don't have a headset I have a hard time shifting while driving at the same time. sometimes the knees have to do the steering. I really do pay attention to the road though

I've finally mastered the art of driving on the road and NOT the sidewalk, was fun while it lasted.

'tis always good to drive while jammin to yer favourite heavy metal cd.

rest forearms on the wheel - never

rest arm on the window - sometimes

rest right hand on the shift stick while driving - sometimes

steer with your knee - rarely

talk on the cell while driving - blutooth

eat/drink while driving - rarely

smoke while driving - don't smoke

put make-up on while driving - never leave the house without my make-up on!

have sex while driving - been there, done that - don't recommend it.

drive on the left lane when there's noone on the right - my biggest pet peeve, no way

I've suffered the loss of far too many people to car accidents. In all cases, except for 2, there was no alcohol involved, but there was a lack of paying attention. Thus, I am pretty attentive and I try not to do things that take my attention from the road.
