Thanks guys...just made it to Raleigh...crashing at my friend's house until his plane arrives in NC. According to Royal Jordanian website, his flight has arrived. I haven't received a call from him, but the plane has only been on the ground for 45 minutes...I don't know how long its going to take him to go through customs & immigration....so....still antsy waiting to hear from him. Pray for me please!!!

Ok...I looked and looked and didn't see the Saturday MENA thread. Usually when I go ahead and post, then I see one that is already up. But I'm going to give it a whirl again today!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday. It will be the best Saturday EVER for me!! My husband is in the air right now...been on the plane for about 4 hours now and should be arriving at JFK this afternoon at 4 pm...then catching his flight from JFK to Raleigh NC at 9:45 pm. He will be in my arms just shortly after midnight tonight. I am sooooooooooooooo friggin excited!!

I still remembered when I seen Medo after getting off the airplane. :luv: When he came home. It is a feeling I will never forget. And we waited 2 1/2 years for that feeling. Congrats to you and your husband.

:( I wish I was in my hubby's arms right now! I've been constantly checking flight status online and was going to leave as soon as it said his flight departed...now it has been delayed 2 hours...estimated departure time is now 11:30 (in about 45 minutes)...estimated arrival time 1:47 am. :( But at least Delta told me he has checked in for this flight...yay!!! Sooooooooooooon!!! Sooooooooooooooooon!!!

Amanda...congrats!....I know how you feel about the delays though, my hubby was supposed to be here around midnight on his flight date, but because of flight delays he didn't get here until the next morning...I was on pins and needles! But seeing him again and watching our daughter actually recognize him and run to him (almost) after the months apart was so moving!! I am so happy for you and your hubby!

Hope you all had a wonderful Saturday!
