Where is welcome letter mailed from?

Hello VJers

I had my interview on 16th June to which I have already posted my interview experience. We received i-130 approval on the 18th but nothing on the i-485 so far. My questions are

1. Are both i-130 and welcome letters mailed from the field office or NBC?

2. Anyone heard of cases where there was no welcome letter after interview, just GC received?

3. How normal is not hearing from USCIS one way or the other almost two weeks after interview?

Just kind of stressing out about the whole thing!
