Hello everyone again. Just have a simple question. Kirsteen (my fiance) wants to practice filling out the forms that the embassy will send her. I know we have a long time until the next step but it will be good for her to practice. So what forms will they be sending her in that packet ? I looked at the guides section but still not to sure ? Its just her that im petitioning with no children yet . STEP #8 (Forms and Checklist sent to Beneficiary) Any help would be great.

The embassy website usually has all the forms need for download, also this site has them. DS156 (2 copies needed) DS156K, DS230 (maybe, not used by all consulates) She will also need documents, 1 original, 1 copy of original and 1 translation (if other than English documents). The documents required vary by case as they apply but include

Birth certificate

police certificate

former marriage certificate (or change of name certificate) if applicable

military records (if applicable)

letter from absent parent (for child's K-2) if applicable

Check the consulate checklist of documents needed
