Yeah, she has custody of her kids but her worthless ex hasn't paid much child support for years. The last time the loser got any money was when a drunk driver he was in the car with died striking a telephone pole. She is now is shacked up with the ex's friend.

Ironically, I googled my former brother-in-law's name and there was a story about him getting drunk and throwing his mother from a car (moving?).

To go through a K-1 visa you've got to show your not a felon, have the financial support, show a "real" relationship. . . I would how many people could can married in America if everyone had to prove they had the "basics"?
