Congratz Feisal.. finally its over.. when will you be joining your wife?

Someone who asked about the number of times we called DOS.. after the interview, I called them pretty much every other day- now I look back and laugh at myself but at that time that was the only comfort.. had good and bad days with DOS but that never stopped me from calling until I was told that visa has been issued! :-)

Hey guys. wanted your opinions. Tell me what you think we should do from here. We finally got Zaheer's IV Bill from NVC. Should we go ahead and pay it and start on the I-130 route? Or should we just keep waiting on the K3? its been 10 weeks of AP for the K3 already. We have all the paperwork complete and awaiting whatever they ask for. So, if all we have to submit is another DS230, we have that. We have the I-864s, we have the evidence, all of that stuff. He would have to do another Medical, I'm sure, but, anyhow, what do you guys recommend? I read on one of these forums that someone had their K3 interview, got put in AP and after 4 weeks, had the interview for I-130 and ended getting their CR1 visa in 2 weeks instead of the K3. So tell me what you all recommend we do. Its only another 10 weeks til the baby will be born. So, what should we do? I really need him here.

Guys, I have a good news to share.... Its a big thing for me atleast :innocent:

We got an interview call today. Wow!!! NVC contacted us on Dec 31st to tell that the case is being transfered to Islamabad. I had an image that it will take another 2 to 3 months for them to schedule an interview. Today is January 11th and we got an interview call. I am so happy mashallah. Its a big thing for me since Im waiting to see my husband since last 1 and half year. Thanks to Allah that we are another step forward.

The interview is on February 17th. Hopefully everything goes fine. Also If anyone else has interview around the same time(?). I pray to have some good experience with interview aftermaths (no or short AP).

Fiesal and Mumtaz: I am not sure if I am right person to do it. But I have like printed this spreadsheet so I can have a look at it time to time in my room. It makes me feel so positive and better. I am almost around VJ once or twice a day now. It makes me feel better. So not sure if i can do it. If you guys dunt find anyone else I can become your last option. But consider others who have been here before me and since quite a while.

Please anyone let me know if you have interview in Islamabad around the same time. Ours is on February 17th 8:00 am.

I am a word, uttered and repeated by the voice of nature..

You know what, if the both of us took on the spreadsheet I think we would be able to keep it nice and up-to-date between the two of us. Though, I'll add I've no experience w/ google spreadsheets...but I'm more than sure I can figure it out well enough given the opportunity no problemo. :)

What do you think Feisal? Sure w/ the baby coming in early feb for the first 2 weeks or so I may not be on here so much....maybe not more than a few hours a week, but once the 2 weeks have gone I'm pretty sure I'll have enough time to come on here at least an hour or two a day and keep the spreadsheet updated nicely. And if anything, I'm sure hshah08 would be able to fill in the short gaps if needed.....if that's all cool w/ hshah08 that is? Splitting it between 2 people sounds incredibly reasonable don't you guys think?

ALLAH Hafiz

Did the CO gave him a green letter stating that he is in admin processing? Cuz i was told and given the green letter after the interview that i was put under AP.In my opinion, after they receive the police report then they will decide if ur hubby is in ap or not.
