ok im not sure if this is good news YET until he finally gets the visa. I got an email from the embassy saying this :

We are ready for the final processing of your visa application. Please have your passport sent to our office as early as you can. Once we have received your passport your application can be reviewed for issuance of visa.

I hope this is good news! i recited surah Muzzamil 41 times for 3 days over the weekend and did many nafl prayers and alhamdulilah I got some good news this morning. You all should recite surah muzzamil 41 times for 3 days, believe me it has worked for me and 2 other people on the boards who got their visa call a few days later. I want to thank you alll for keeping me and other members on this board in your duas. I will always make dua for all of you waiting insha'Allah.

My parents have their interview and they were called together. CO only asked 4 quesntion to my Dad, no question for my Mom. At end he said AP and will take about 2 or 3 months and he said thats the rule. CO also said once they completed the process will call to submit the passport.

yes Feisal bro CR1 visa is valid for 6 months , means u have to travel within six months after issuance of Visa

I believe that would be for as long as you have it...meaning as long as it doesn't expire. That's what they told us at POE, that Haseeb can travel back and forth as he wishes untill it expires. Then when he receives his GC same thing basically. He only mentioned trying not to travel more then twice a year because it could look a bit suspicious when applying for the 10 year GC and citizenship and whatnot.

lol tell me about it. but I can't really take any credit for it as he found those jobs all on his own without an ounce of help from me...lol. I'm very proud of how much of a quick study he is, not to mention hard worker....he says he's motivated by the baby coming so....you just know I love him soooooo much for it all....he's just perfect...never any flaws, not for the 16-17 years I've known him!
