Hello guys. I wanted to let you all know that my fiance received an email from the embassy. His passport with visa stamp has been sent to the courier and he will receive it tomorrow. We filed the K-1. His interview was July 13,2010. Good luck to you all.

Imran'swife2B congratulations. On interview did they say that they have approved but put in AP or they said temporarily refused for AP?

Cuz they told my wife that its not approved yet and have to go through AP.

Thank you. At his interview, they told him that it was approved and would get his visa in 1-3 months, but closer to one month. They also wrote that on his green slip. Hopefully, you get good news soon.

truthonlyplz.. did they tell you why it wasn't approved??!?! Did you call DOS to see what's going on?

We were also told that case has been approved but they need to do AP and it will take 2-3 months.

At our interview,we are not told that we are approved but CO just said "ur case is fine and we have every thing we need to process but ur case has to go thru AP".Though the green AP letter says that ur visa has been temporarily refused.But he just assured us that AP will take about 1-3 months and hand wrote it on the green letter.
