sorry everyone...not sure where to post this

i have a friend that was married & they just filed their i-130.

she passed away, of course, she was here in us & he is there.

is there any way to get an emergency visa so he can at least attend the funeral?

It is possible - he will need to visit his closest US Embassy/Consulate to apply.

Sorry to hear that - Yes visa can be granted by the Embassy - need to take all the documentation confirming relationship with the deceased and a letter of confirmation of death or watever is available to confirm death.
