DS-156 fill out online version, need help

DS-156 in duplicate (Fill out online version)

i am assuming this form must be filled out online. Can i fill it out, then send it to my fiancee, or she has to do it?

for those who already done this, what are the steps on how to fill it out online?

Just download DS-156 on PDF file and fill it out that way ... don't do the one at online. Better that way

really? i heard it has to be filled out online only, and it has some kind of barcode. I don't think you can download it

You can generate a bar code separately and then paste it on the form if you want.

If you want to make sure you have it right, just download the form, fill it out by hand, check your work, then go to the online form and fill it in and print to get the bar code printed on the form.

Thank you very much, one question, what about the barcode? its no where on the PDF you atttached

print out the one that I attach, and fill out and double check everything before go online and fill it out on that site i gave you. After you done that form online it will generate you a bar code at then.
