I sent in a perfect package for my I-130 last week, and I am really worried now because I accidentally put in a form at the back for the I-129F.

Will I get an RFE for this? IF I do get one, will they send all my papers back and tell me to start again? God I hope not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone done something like this?

Will they just ignore the form at the back? I hope so.

STRESSSSSSED!

WOOPS i wrote this twice.. can someone delete this? sorry about that forum operators!

•Greetings, friend. Do you wish to look as happy as me? Well, you've got the power inside you right now. So use it. And send one dollar to Happy Dude, 742 Evergreen Terrace, Springfield. Don't delay! Eternal happiness is just a dollar away.

Wait till you get a problem before you stress about it would be my advice.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I submitted my 129-F packet along with the I-130 packet to the Chicago Lock Box and they sent back the I-129 Form without all my backup along with a rejection notice saying the form is not accepted at that office. So no worries, I just dropped the I-129F filing anyway and did not submit it after receiving my NOA 1 for the I-130 a few days later. The same will probably happen to you.

yeah it IS the topic from yesterday, as you can see, i opened it and you answered, but i still thought i would ask in this section as this is relevant to the USCIS.

i just wanted to see if anyone else had the issue.

thanks for commenting on your issue pwrspt - did they still accept the rest of the application then? sounds positive hopefully.

anyway sorry for posting the "same thing twice" but i really still wasn't clear on if anyone else had done this, and now i know and wont post repetitive things again......
