vaccination locations + NOA2 expired date questions

i have a few questions, please help me

1****Anyone know a location in HCM to take the vaccination shot + or their phone number?

someone on here said 40 Nguyen Van Troi Street, can someone please confirm this?

2****Do you have to make an appointment to take the vaccination shot or is it a walk-in?

3****What to bring on the day of the vaccination shot?

4****Our NOA2 expires on July 11th 2009, my fiancee's interview is 3 weeks after that, how can i renew the expiration date? Can i email the HCM Consulate and ask them to extend it?

1)

Panel physician at Cho Ray Hospital or the International Organization for Migration ( http://www.iom.int.vn/iom_migrant_health_services.html ) ( http://www.iom.int.vn/iom_us_migrant_assistance.html ). Cho Ray Hospital requires payment in VND, IOM requires payment in USD

2) Medicals should be walk in.

3) Appointment letter and other medical forms the consulate may have sent you.

4) No need to extend it, the consulate will automatically extend it for you.

As a fiancé(e), you are not required to fulfill this requirement at the time of your medical examination for a fiancé(e) visa. However, you may want to do so. These vaccinations are required when you adjust status following your marriage.

2. How early is too early to get the vaccination and physical?

(I am asking because she will be in HCMC next week and it would get hings out of the way)

1-there's no early to take a medical exam, as soon as your fiancee' or wife got her interview, she should get it done.

2-no saturday

3-medical exam @ cho ray no need to make an appointment, @ IOM a week in advance

4-bring interview letter, CMND, passport
