Hi to everyone, i just got a letter today regarding my interview which will be on Aug 5 2009 as of now i dont have my employment authorization yet and what i have is the ff:

1.Variety of Pics(pics of my family with her when she went to the phils)

2.joint lease of our house

3.Joint bank account

4.Her life insurance that i'm her beneficiary(I cannot get my own life insurance yet)

5. And paperworks that immigration required

We cannot get a cellphone bill because i dont have SSN yet and her credit is not good to get one.

So do you think this is fine and also my passport will expire on Oct 2009 do you think the immigration officer will care during the interview

Thanks

Looks good.

You might get your GC before your EAD - that's a bit easier, eh?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
