yeah, we have been having an unusual summer here. i went outside earlier, and was almost cold. usually august weather, the humidity is so high we can hardly breathe.

i was just wondering do people not take the time to understand the process before they go through it? it has occurred to me that this is not always the case you would think if you are going to go through the hassle and struggle and waiting such a long azz time getting your SO here, that you would want to take all the necessary precautions to see it through to the end. granted, there are emergency situations that cannot be helped. but what are the other people's excuses?
