I tried teaching for a while. I taught primary grade level, and special education. I could only take so much of it though. I was a birght eyed idealist who was fed up with being an accountant. I found out real fast that the beaurocracy and politics with teaching are just as bad if not worse than they were working for a finance company :S

Teaching middle school gave me the itch to return to grad school. Enough said. :D

Nevertheless... an excellent experience I may repeat when I reach retirement age.

I taught college for a year, freshman English. I liked it but, I don't know, it just wasn't for me. I actually started grad school with the idea of going into publishing - editing/copy-editing, etc. I literally fell into teaching because I got offered a fellowship. I love teaching high school, but I'm also an administrator. I definitely don't like the politics of being in admin, but I do like having a say in curriculum matters.

Back to the C4C mission...wait, what is it again?

I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png
