Comrades, Sister Jen is in pain today. We were supposed to go ride the newly opened light rail train, but I find that movement causes my back to scream in pain. Gah. I think I popped a rib out again.

Awww, sorry to hear you're in pain Sister Jen. Isn't there something that can be done for it........like maybe a chiropractor can help with an adjustment? I once popped a rib and my chiropractor adjusted my back and it felt much better afterwards.

I floss my brain every week to adjust my head. That seems to help...for awhile anyway.

No I will never again go to a chiropractor. The last 3 times I've gone, I felt good for about an hour and then the pain was worse. I finally gave up. I am loaded up on ibuprofen and hoping alternating ice and heat will help.

I have to be better by Thursday as Len needs my help packing. I highly doubt she'll appreciate me sitting around pointing at her things and saying 'how about it goes in that box?'

I've never tried that. Does it work? My head needs some mega adjusting, due to irritability, homesickness, bad bad mood swings ..... and no i'm not pms'ing

Better than no help i say!! Have you been to see your doctor then? There must be a reason why that rib pops out.
