Multiple Biometrics appointments?

Hi,

My wife and I filed our AOS packet - and got all the NOA's back for each application - I485, I765, I131 - but then we received the biometrics appointment letter and it only had the I485 and I765 applications on there.

Are we going to receive another biometrics appointment to take care of the I131 ? Or is that not needed?

I checked the status of all them online, and all three are in there, although the I485, and I765 were touched on the 6/22, while the I131 was last touched 6/03...

Thanks

Bring all the appointment letters to the earlier appointment and more than likely they will do it all in one visit.

I-485 is a 10 finger BIO, I-764 and I-131 are 2 finger BIO.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Well we haven't received another appointment letter with the I131 yet, should we wait or just go back with the original NOA form we received after submitting it (that has the MSC#)?

If you don't get the appointment letter for the AP - bring the NOA1 you got with you to the appointment - they'll simply (or should) group all receipts numbers into a single appointment - the NOA1 will give them the receipt number they'd need.

Ok, I'm skeptical -

Here is the verbiage on my I-797C (for I485, I765) :

The above application has been received...yada yada....

BIOMETRICS -

The next step is to have your biometrics taken, if required, at a citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

Application Support Center (ASC)

PLEASE NOTE -

USCIS will schedule yada yada...

Here is the verbiage on my I-797C for the I-131:

The above application has been received. Notify us immediatley id any of the above information is incorrect

It usually takes 60-90 days form the date of this receipt to process this type of case. If you find it necessary to contact this office in writing.

you must include a copy of this receipt notice with your inquiry.

A written notice will be sent to you as soon as a decision is made on your application.

And thats it. There is a distinct difference on the I-797C between the 485 / 765 versus the 131....

When we did get our biometrics appointment like I mentioned earlier, no mention of the I-131 on the appointment Notice....

Has anyone done biometrics recently for the 131, where it stated it explicitly?

We're driving down to the biometrics place now, so I guess I'll figure out myself and report back what they say.
