I have my K-1 NOA1 date: Feb 25th at the CSC. It seems like loads of people are getting approved that have NOA1 dates after me. I'm still within their 5 month processing time (we're in month 5.) When I check the USCIS site it says "case received and pending." Should I be worried? Is there anyone else in the same boat? According to Igor's List it seems like the people that filed from Feb 26th- March 5th are being skipped over... I hope we're not a stack of papers that has been lost!

Any advice to check on what is going on? I called their hotline yesterday and couldn't get a human on the phone.

Thoughts?

Hang in there... I suspect you'll be hearing something pretty soon..

Youcan call them all you want and will never recieve a useful answer. The online case status means nothing. My wife is here nearly 10 months and our case is still listed as "pending"

Nothing you describe is reason for concern at this point. After 6 months have passed, contact your Senator, USCIS is of no value.
