John and I were finally approved on 6/17. We got our NOA2 for both cases on Monday. We're both very excited. The husband is on his way back to the UK this afternoon. :-( While he was here we filled out all the forms needed for the next step (thanks to James's shortcuts), I've gotten all the tax transcripts, tax returns, (all of John's stuff photo copied), signatures, etc. John ordered his Police files this past week (before he came). We kinda had a feeling our time was coming, since we were nearing the 11 month mark on the I-130. We are prepared for the next step and beyond. Woo hoo!

I hope the next two steps (NVC and American Embassy in London) are quicker than the 11 months at VSC.

Woo hoo!

If I've every sounded like a huge whiner.... I'm truly sorry. It's been a long wait period.

As you can see USCIS is approving the two petitions at the same time, keep the I-130 moving through NVC and more than likely you will be interviewing for the superior CR-1 IMMIGRANT visa rather than the NON-Immigrant K-3.

Some simply delay returning or ignore the K-3 P-3 and a let the I-130 reach the consulate for CR-1 interview.
