Just a quick update. Ceci's conditions were removed on June 1. The website is still not updated but we rec'd the approval letter just before we left for Colombia. Pretty quick considering CSC never scheduled a Biometrix appointment until we had the inquiry done. Hopefully when we get back her new card will be waiting for her. At last this journey which began in September, 2006 has ended. Good luck to all and I cannot say thank you enough to all who have helped us through the last 2+ years, VJ is a god send to all.

2009 05 27 Biometrix-walked in a day early and completed appointment

2009 06 01 Approved Conditions Removed (rec'd Congratulations letter on June 9)

2009 06 12 Touched but nothing changed on USCIS website

April 27th 2009: Check Cashed

May 15th 2009: Received Biometrics Notice

May 18th 2009: NOA1 finally showed up

May 30th 2009: Biometrics Appointment

June 13th 2009: Received RFE

June 16th 2009: Sent RFE to CSC

June 17th 2009: CSC Received RFE

July 15th 2009: CRIS email : card production ordered

July 20th 2009: CRIS email : approval notice sent

July 23rd 2009: Received 10 Year Green Card!
