Hi guys,

I'm currently waiting for my I-485 interview with my approved I-360. Does anyone here did any interview like the one I'm going to? Can you please fill me in on what to expect. My attorney will most likely not going to be with me when I do my interview.

Thanks so much.

Your laywer should of prepped you for this.

From what I have read on various post, they will probably question your application/case and go from there.

If your case is strong, no issues, if it isn't - your lawyer will be making more money off you.

Good luck!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Thanks, I'm sure my attorney will brief me on this, although it will be nice to hear from someone who've been to same situation.

Also, my 2 previous attorney's told me my case is strong, they did not ask for any evidence after we submitted my I-360 and personally I believed it is strong based on what I've been through with my ex-husband and with quite a lot of police reports for a DV case that were filed against him.

I guess we'll keep our fingers crossed.

Have a great day now.

I wish you the best of luck once you have the interview.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
