We had our interview on the 6/23.

After waiting for 50 minutes we finally had our interview.

The immigration officer were an oriental women, with a strong ascent.

She requested an interpret for my wife (over the phone).

With the translation been over the phone, mistakes had been made, and I tried to fix (like my wife said a date 08/2/08 and the translator told 08/12/08), but the officer told me not to say anything.

She took my wife's AP papers, her I94, one photo of us together, copy of our joint bank account, copy of our rental lease.

She made a lots of questions to my wife, about dates (arrival, when we met, when she moved with me, our marriage), she even questioned WHY we got married in Vegas.

On my turn, she asked about my previous marriages, and she requested the ORIGINALS of ALL my divorce papers. I didn't have those paper with my. She gave me until 12:00 pm of the next day to bring.

I did bring the papers next day, and I had to deliver the paper at the window, and had to wait. After 10 minutes the window lady returned the papers and told me that the officer accepted the paper and we should wait for her answer over the mail.

Those anybody knows what that translate to? Are we approved? How long takes to know?

Unfortunately I don't think anyone will be able to tell you what this means other then you'll just have to wait for them to contact you.

Hopefully you get some good news soon.

I am thinking the same, because if the GC is denied, she will need the I94 to leave the country....

I-94 is not needed to leave the country (it's supposed to be in the passport but they would not deny a person from leaving without it). (Just to clarify)

If your like me and your data wasn't entered into the system correctly in order to display your case correctly online, you probably have a 2 -3 week wait to get results.

We were approved subject to the IO getting our paperwork into the system and we still haven't heard back yet (its two weeks today)
