still no update, login fails since 7/1 but rep says case still under review. i won't get rest still the case is complete...or i should say till my better half boards the plane

Maybe in a couple of days or so..But i know how it feels,,,, :)

my case completed on may 18th and still no interview... still hoping for august :innocent:

Wow that's been awhile. You tried talking to an NVC Operator? You should have your interview date by now.

My case completed on June 30th. I hoping for interview date in August. I think my interview date will be end of August or first week of September. Let see.

USCIS:

2009-02-27 Mailed I-130 Package

2009-02-29 Received Date as on I-797C, NOA1

2009-02-10 Received I-797 NOA1

2009-04-02 Approved received email notice (Thanks To Allah)

NVC:

2009-04-16 NVC Case# assigned

2009-04-20 DS-3032 and AOS Bill fee forms received in email

2009-04-20 Send email DS-3032 and Payed online AOS Fee Bill

2009-04-21 NVC atuomated system states "Received AOS Fee Bill"

2009-04-22 Printed Document Cover Sheet for AOS/I-864 Fee status "PAID"

2009-04-28 Received DS-3032 acceptance confirmation email.

2009-04-28 IV Fee Bill generated and Payed IV Fee Bill online.

2009-04-29 IV Fee Bill status "PAID" Printed Cover Sheet.

2009-04-29 Waiting for papers.(DS-230+Passport copy and Police certificate)

2009-06-15 Received papers DS-230 (TOOK LONG TIME FOR PAPERS TO PREPARE)

2009-06-16 Send Papers DS-230 + I-864 to NVC USPS express mail.

2009-06-17 Papers received by NVC.

2009-06-24 Received Instruction Packet Agent via email. (Did nothing all the papers already sent.)

2009-06-29 Login Failed at NVC Payment online

2009-06-30 Case Completed

2009-07-02 Received email CheckList Cover Letter "Missing Police Certificate bring at interview"

2009-10-02 Received email "Appointment Cover Letter"

Embassy:

2009-07-14 Case shipped to Islamabad, Pakistan

2009-08-27 Interview scheduled.

2009-08-27 Visa approved.

Hello Our casw was complete with the NVC on July 7th 2009 When will know his interview date how long do we wait?

It is very likely you will have to wait until August before you are notified of a September interview.

Hi gang,

Me too interview... Aug 17th 8:30am....

I am not sure how the dates get doled out,,, Maybe, by NOA1, NOA2 dates? Names? Astrology sign,, But, cerainly not NVC completion dates...

That given,,, I am extremely pleased, since my "Total Days from Initial Petition Sent to Interview" will be 132 days... :)
