We got touched again today as well. I dont think my RFE will have arrived back there yet so hopefully they are working on the other aspects of my case and we can get approved quickly when the RFE comes in (wishful thinking I know)

Gomez, look at the RFE return receipt dates on our timelines...ours petitions probably became friends while waiting in the queue. I wanna know where the Tigre NOA2 is! C'mon VSC, aren't I as appealing and winsome as Gomez? *bats eyelashes prettily*

I am not a practicing attorney. I have a law degree and I passed the bar exam, but am not admitted to practice because I got a job in legal publishing and haven't gotten around to applying for my license yet. We have filed the petition in January!!! and we havent had one single touch yet!!!

We got touched 7/3,7/4 and again this morning also. I wonder if they are working around the clock to get these petitions up to date.

I read in the uscis web site that by oct 2006 they will have the whole process for visa's down to a 6 month period.

I dont know so much if i believe that but i sure wish they would have implemented that before i applyed for my K1.

Right now it deffinatly doesnt look like my girl will be here in the states before our baby is born and i am real worried for her because she will be delivering the baby at home .

That makes me so nervous incase there is complications.

you haven't heard from them at all since your NOA1? Do you have any idea what is going on with your case? Have you bugged the heck out of them?

No, absolutly nothing!!! :crying: My fiance is the USC and he called immigration a couple of times. At the beginning they always told him that our case is doing normal and that we have to wait till the 120 days regular processing time is over. After that they told him to wait another 30 days. My fiance wants to contact his congressman today...I hope it will help! Its driving me crazy....

Certainly not new post-worthy I would think. Remember there are many who filed in March & this new thread speaking of it, yet again, may sting them a bit too much.

I agree. Since there are any many of us in California that keep getting touched day after day. Its a good thing we don't start a thread each day that we are touched.

My fiance wants to contact his congressman today...I hope it will help! Its driving me crazy....
