I just wanna ask your opinion V'jers, my question is about my K4 daughter EAD application sent thru USPS which was filed last May 27, VT recieved it May 30,2009 I'm kinda worried that its almost 1 month now that she has not yet recieve her NOA1, as evryone here recieved it 8-12 days normally. I dont know if they got the money order that was enclosed in the packet. Recently I called USCIS about this & the lady cannot disclose it instead she just told me to wait 30 days & call again. Pls. reply folks

I understand your concern believe me. Having been in this situation you'll need to do two things. Be patient, but don't let USCIS string you along. I'd go another 2 weeks and then call back.

Its VERY VERY rare that they lose a file, but.....it happened to me and they strung me along for nearly 4 months. Had I realized what was going on I would have backdated my submittal a few months to get them to look for it.
