Yeah, I printed off the cover page, and will make copies and sent off the I-864 package hopefully by Tuesday...Perfect timing! I have the next 2 days off!!

On the NVC webpage where you pay for the I864 bill, it will show the status as either "in process" or "paid" after you paid online, then you can print the cover sheet from the website for your I864 packet to be mailed in.

You are definetly not alone Moonskin. I'm one of the June filers, however I did Cr1 and K3 (According to USCIS it's a parallel process and does not speed up or slow down the two individual processes).

I've called USCIS just about the same as you, and they do not know anything and keep giving me the generic info; all it is is personal satisfaction that you're trying to do something to get them to go a little faster. Hopefully we will have approval soon.

I did email, write a letter, and fax my senator as to getting me some more information since USCIS gives out ####### information. According to the I-130 Instructions the petitions are supposed to be processed in order received, but obviously not since we have not yet received approval.

Good Luck and hopefully we'll have our Approvals soon!
